Zi Olive provides their customers with the finest gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars available in the market place. Their flavored oils start with high quality extra virgin olive oil from Spain and are flavored or infused with organic or natural herbs and oils. Zi Olive’s flavored balsamic vinegar begins with a traditional style balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. It is flavored with natural fruit or herb essence using flavors that contain no GMOs, gluten or sugar. Zi Olive’s product is created and bottled locally in Sevierville, TN.

Got milk? We do! In our store is a selection of milk products from Sunrise Creamery in Crossville. The Mast family has been dairying for about 30 years. They pasteurize their milk in a low temperature vat type pasteurizer instead of the more modern high temperature flash pasteurization that has become the standard over the years. They believe that this leaves their milk with a better, more natural flavor, and protects some of the enzymes that are needed for a healthier product. Their goal is to keep their product as natural as possible. The whole milk is even non-homogenized. The milk also comes in glass containers. You put down a deposit on the container and it is refunded when you return the bottle to us. What a great way to keep your milk colder, and less trash in the landfills. We also carry their delicious, better than homemade ice-cream.

Shelton Farms grows their own non-GMO corn on their own farm in the hills of East Tennessee. They use a stone ground mill to produce coarse grits that have graced the governor’s table and are preferred by many local chefs.
